NCCF president since 2003, Guy is a devoted, hands-on executive with a vision. He believes that many of the principles that made him a successful business owner can be applied to the operation of a community foundation.
Under his leadership, NCCF's assets have grown from $7 million to more than $140 million, NCCF has broadened its reach to include all 20 towns of Connecticut’s Northwest Corner and increased its annual grantmaking to more than $5 million.
A graduate of Georgetown University, Guy is a Torrington native who currently resides in Falls Village.
