A native of Stockbridge, Massachusetts, now living in Winsted, David Antoniazzi earned a BS in Finance and an MBA at UConn. He moved to Torrington in 1992 to work for SHW, Inc as sales manager, and was president of SHW from 1995-2008. He became the managing director of MAN Diesel and Turbo Canada in Oakville Ontario, and retired as director of sales MAN in Pompano Beach, Florida.
He was a member of several associations, including the American Paper Machinery Association, of which he was a member of the board of directors from 1996-1998 and president from 1997-1999. He was also a member of the Paper Industry Management Association, the Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry, including their Calendering Committee from 1994-1998.
He was a member of the board of directors of the Pittsfied YMCA, the Berkshire County Home of Aged Women, the Rotary Club of Torrington, the Torrington Country Club, and a member of the Advisory Board of Northwest Community Bank.
