Students
Through the generosity of fundholders and donors, NCCF has awarded more than half a million dollars in scholarships to assist students in Northwest Connecticut with the cost of higher education.
Important Note About The FAFSA Submission Summary for the 2024-2025 Scholarship Application
Due to the delay in processing the FSS for the 2024-2025 school year, we have extended the deadline for the FSS portion of the application ONLY to Monday, April 15, 2024. Please make sure that the online application, transcript request form for high school students and the official transcript for college students are submitted by Monday, April 1, 2024.
If you have not yet received your FSS for 2024-2025, do NOT submit any financial aid information for a previous year (i.e. 2023-2024). You can submit the application without an FSS and follow up by sending your 2024-2025 FSS to scholarships@yournccf.org once you receive it. If email is not possible, mail it to: Northwest CT Community Foundation, Attn: Scholarships, P.O. Box 1144, Torrington, CT 06790.
