Information for
John T. and Jane A. Wiederhold Foundation
The John T. and Jane A. Wiederhold Foundation, an NCCF supporting organization, was created for the purpose of protecting and improving the welfare of animals of all kinds with a focus on cats and dogs, the promotion of veterinary programs, and the protection of wildlife, including endangered species, flora and fauna.
The John T. and Jane A. Wiederhold Foundation award grants to selected organizations in three areas: Animal Welfare, Habitat, Land and Environmental Protection, and Research, Veterinary Science and Scholarships.
Geographic preference is given to organizations located in Connecticut, Western Massachusetts and Eastern New York, although funding opportunities may be made available to select organizations in other geographic areas, primarily in New England, or for proposals that have a nationwide or global impact in Animal Welfare, Research or Veterinary Science.
